3. AI-generated reports

Reports are generated by artificial intelligence using third-party market data and web sources. They may be incomplete, outdated or contain errors. Always verify important information independently.

4. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and their results. Investing involves risk, including the loss of capital. Consider consulting a licensed financial professional.

5. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, exceed fair-use limits or break these Terms.

6. Plans, credits and payment

Plans include a monthly number of report credits that reset on the 1st of each month (UTC) and do not roll over. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms).

7. Cancellation and refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order via paddle.net or by contacting [CONTACT EMAIL].

You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made.

8. Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell or redistribute reports at scale, scrape the service, attempt to bypass credit limits, or use Krito AI for unlawful purposes.
